To get the best performance of streaming technology, please set your screen resolution at 1024 x 768 and meet these minimum requirements:

Hardware

  • System Processor : Pentium III, 500 MHz
  • System Memory : 256 MB memory minimum
  • Free Disk Space : 50 MB of free disk space
  • Networking : 128 Kbps connection (DSL, cable, or broadband recommended)

Software

  • Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
  • Windows XP Service Pack 1
  • Windows 2003 Service Pack 1
  • Windows Vista
  • Internet access, IE 6.0 or later or FireFox 1.0 (with IE Tab extension) or later

Firefox Users

Follow these steps to stream applications using Firefox.

  1. Click here to install the IE Tab Firefox Extension.
  2. Restart Firefox.
  3. Select Tools->IE Tab Options. Open "IE Tab Site Filters".
  4. Add the following sites to always load in IE Tab:
    http://yoursite.yourportal.com/
    https://yoursite.yourportal.com/

Firewall Configuration

Follow these steps to grant internet access to Click "Application Manager" if you have security software installed on your computer.

McAfee Personal Firewall Alert - Select "Grant Access" to unblock AppMgrService to continue streaming.

Norton Internet Security Alert - Select "Permit" from the drop down list to unblock AppMgrService to continue streaming.

ZoneAlarm Security Alert - Click "Allow" to unblock AppMgrService to continue streaming

Trend Micro PC-cillin Security Alert - Click "Allow Connection" to unblock AppMgrService to continue streaming.
